A meta-verse where an individual can buy/sell piece of land, or even he/she can trade them.
A portal to list all the cross-journal news articles along with the ease to access news on different topics. This covers the Search Engine to search the articles based on the autor or the headlines; a blog applications to host any articles to encourage the budding journalists, and an admin panel for the database/apis managements.
